Position Summary:
** We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Developer with a well-rounded skillset to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative design and direction and is enthusiastic about integrating new technology solutions into our workflows to enhance visual storytelling and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with directors, designers, and other artists to create high-quality look development, concepts designs and animations for films, television, games and other media.
• Utilize traditional design software such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, etc.
• Utilize new cutting edge tools such as ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, LoRA, Flux, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Dall-e, Runway
• Explore and integrate the latest emerging tools and techniques that enhance our creative pipeline.
• Participate in R&D initiatives to test new latent space tools and adapt workflows accordingly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in machine learning, especially as they relate to digital artistry.
• Provide technical expertise and creative solutions to complex visual and creative challenges.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Generalist or similar role in the media industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design skills and direction.
• Proficiency in diffusion based image generation
• Demonstrated interest and experience in neural networks and machine learning technologies related to digital content creation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work effectively on collaborative projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in video editing, sound design, 2d/3d animation, photography, other creative fields.

The typical base salary for this position ranges from $100,000-$130,000 annually. Actual offers will be determined based on experience.
