Credentialing SpecialistAddison Group is hiring for our client, a growing healthcare organization, seeking a Credentialing Specialist to support provider onboarding and credentialing for newly acquired practices. This position plays a key role in ensuring providers are credentialed, enrolled, and ready to practice while maintaining compliance with state and payer requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for a credentialing professional looking to join a stable, growing organization with long-term career potential.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain complete provider credentialing filesCoordinate credentialing activities for newly onboarded practicesProcess provider enrollment applications through payer portalsSubmit and monitor licensure, credentialing, and hospital privilege applicationsTrack credential renewals and ensure providers remain compliantCommunicate with physicians and internal departments regarding outstanding documentation and application statusMaintain provider profiles within credentialing softwareAssist with provider onboarding, offboarding, and practice transitionsSupport hospital appointments, facility credentialing, and provider updatesMaintain accurate documentation and credentialing recordsParticipate in special projects and process improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications1–2+ years of credentialing or provider enrollment experienceExperience building and maintaining credentialing filesKnowledge of healthcare credentialing processes and payer enrollmentStrong computer skills and ability to learn new systemsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsHospital credentialing experienceExperience working with credentialing software platformsKnowledge of provider licensure, hospital privileges, and payer enrollment processesAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
