You'll be: Manually placing parts on circuit boards according to detailed verbal or written instructions and workmanship standards. Performing basic, standardized, and repetitive electronic assembly operations, including labeling components, assemblies, or subassemblies. Preparing and manually assembling inserted components using visual aids and verifying specifications. Visually inspecting parts for correct insertion and placement. Using bar code scanners and small hand tools as required. Ensuring assemblies and components are properly handled, marked, and documented. Maintaining progress reports and restocking parts bins as needed. Upholding 5S order and cleanliness in your work area at all times. Adhering to all safety, health, and security procedures as directed by your supervisor. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, Line Manager, or other assigned management. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have the ability to read and understand visual aids, simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos (must have). Possess basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure (must have). Can follow detailed verbal or written instructions and work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment (must have). Have experience working with small hand tools and bar code scanners (preferred but not required). Are comfortable using a PC and Windows-based software (preferred). Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and teamwork (must have).
