Floor TechnicianOneNorth Integrated Facility Solutions is seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team! This position focuses on periodic floor and carpet maintenance and various contract sites in the Spokane area. This role also includes general custodial tasks as needed to maintain clean and safe environments.As a Floor Technician you will be the go-to expert for keeping floors and carpets looking their best.From stripping and waxing floors to deep-cleaning carpets, you will ensure each space shines!Location: Spokane, WA and surrounding areaWage Range: $22 - $26 per hourSchedule: Varies, On-CallKey Responsibilities:Schedule and perform floor and carpet maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and deep cleaningOperate and maintain floor care equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractorsPerform routine custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removalEnsure all work is completed safely and according to company standardsTravel to various contract sites as requiredQualifications:One (1) year of prior custodial experience with at least six (6) months floor care experienceMust have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work as most jobs are during night hoursMust have a valid driver's license as this position requires driving a company vehicleMust have a clean driving record for the past 5 yearsMust be able to pass a drug testStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyNorthwest Center is committed to offering reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities.
