Assistant Program Manager Full‑time position working with individuals with ID/DD in residential programs. Responsibilities Assist with all hands‑on direct care, including showering, toileting, shaving, brushing teeth, and meal‑time assistance. Ensure health and safety of the individuals, including personal care. Provide education, training, counseling, and physical assistance to achieve ISP goals in functional academics, domestic skills, personal hygiene, social and leisure skills, communication, community mobility, self‑esteem, and money management. Communicate with family, friends, guardians, advocates, volunteers, and employers to facilitate consistency of programming and support. Develop, write, and present annual ISPs and semi‑annual agreements in consultation with residential staff, Program Manager, and Director. Provide transportation to individuals as necessary. Schedule and supervise staff. Requirements Experience working with individuals with ID/DD. Must have related or direct experience working with the community we serve. Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university; related experience preferred. Must be able to pass fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC, and driving background checks. Valid driver’s license required. Valid MAP certification is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
