Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or conditions to nursing staff or supervisors.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their quality of life.
- Follow care plans and instructions set by healthcare professionals to ensure consistent patient care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable character.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Previous experience in home health care or related field is an asset.
- Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month.
