Physical Therapist (PT) – $7,500 Sign On Bonus Job – Roswell, GA 163112 Responsibilities Perform new-patient evaluations/exams Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care Examine and evaluate new patients Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity Establish a plan goal and time frame Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises Measure and track intervention effectiveness Educate the patient on continuing care Skills & Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a current, active Physical Therapist license in Georgia. Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and progress skilled treatment plans in outpatient orthopedic care, with readiness to contribute to our expanding balance and vestibular rehabilitation program. Self-motivated professional with a strong eagerness to learn and grow. Deep passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and achieving outstanding outcomes.
