Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

Ascend Medical is seeking a NP or PA for a locum tenens opportunity in Downey, CA.
This a contract need and paid as a 1099. Malpractice is covered.
- Urgent Care Center
- Start ASAP 3 months with option to extend
- Treat Patients 2 and above
- 3 patients per hour
- EMR : Epic
- Must be comfortable with flu, common cold, I & D, lacerations, suturing, fractures
- Schedule is 4 X 10s weekly Friday to Monday 11a 9 :30 pm or Saturday- Monday 3 X 12s 9a- 9 :30 pm
- Full support on staff ( Physicians, RNs, other NPs and MAs)
Qualifications
CV
Copy of CA license
DEA
At least one year of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
