University Musical Society (UMS) seeks a VP and Chief Development Officer to lead a comprehensive fundraising program, including annual, major, planned, and endowment giving. Reporting to the President, you will design strategy, align resources, and cultivate strong donor relationships to advance UMS's mission.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of key donors, work with the Board and committees, and guide UMS toward its campaign and capital goals while ensuring a vibrant cultural
