Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Resilient Journey Counseling P.C., you will play a crucial role in our clinical team. Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices to manage and treat various concerns such as emotional difficulties, interpersonal conflicts, and substance abuse.

  • Developing treatment plans tailored to each client, with an emphasis on empathy, collaboration, and clinical expertise.

  • Documenting progress and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members to ensure continuity of care.

  • Participating in team meetings and case discussions to share insights and best practices.

Your work will focus on a diverse range of patients, including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for the LMFT position will meet the following qualifications:
