Key Responsibilities Ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Customer Service before, during and after sales client Adapt approach according to the client needs and motivations Strong understanding of product knowledge Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc. Maintain a sparkling clean and organized environment by adhering to store standards and cleanliness Partner with Management to develop a plan to support, and participate to, in-store events and promotions Performing other tasks as assigned by management from time-to-time Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management Appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and elevate as needed to Management Being a genuine SKIN1004 Ambassador Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in retail or customer service roles, including sales, cashier, or other customer-facing positions Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or K-beauty industry is a plus Strong interest and understanding of K-beauty and skincare products Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are requiredStrong understanding of Customer Service needs and Customer (internal and external) priorities Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays as required Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Ability to work extended periods of time (a minimum of 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment Computer and internet Savvy Self-Starter with Team-Player approach Preferred Qualifications Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, especially experience in K-beauty or cosmetics retail. Positive, friendly, and customer-oriented mindset Fluency in multiple foreign languages is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role requires frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms for product display, inventory movement, and customer engagement. Employees may occasionally be required to sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
