Description

1. Lender in all areas of loan production.
2. Develop relationships with customers in order to handle routine tasks, loan requests and anticipate their loan needs.
3. Consult with applicants to determine nature of loan request and determine what steps will be required to complete the request.
4. Obtain information related to the loan process including ordering credit reports, facilitating requests for appraisals, flood certifications, ordering title opinions, UCC searches, environmental reports, insurance information, Secretary of State filings etc., and communicate with those parties as needed.
5. Assist in preparing loan presentations (both for officer limits and for submission to appropriate levels of authority), closing loans and packaging loans to be sent to the Note Department for processing.
6. Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, scanning, organizing files, keying in data for tracking, typing letters, etc.
7. Monitor Reports on TEJ weekly. Upload Insurance Documents
8. 1099 log for attorney fees maintained
9. Process Loans in House (unsecured, CD loans for consumer & business)
10. Meet with lenders daily for job assignments and follow-up of previous assignments.
11. Assist in compliance with the bank's loan policy along with Federal and State lending regulations.

Qualifications

1. Must be detailed oriented/organized.
2. Must be able to multitask and follow-up timely with minimum supervision.
3. Ability to prioritize daily work flows.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
5. Customer service oriented.
6. Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
7. Perform well while meeting deadlines in a fast-past environment
