Job Description

Join our expanding Eastern fleet based in Cambridge, MA. This opportunity is designed for recent CDL school graduates seeking paid, mentored training and a path to a full-time driving career.

$1,600–$1,800+ weekly
Paid every Friday
Paid training for a full month

What the job looks like

Predictable regional routes, serving New England and the Eastern U.S.
Approximately 3,000 miles per week
No-touch dry van freight
Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
No slip seating
24/7 support from dispatch
Home time options to support work-life balance:
- Home weekly
- Home every other week

Training program

Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
Work with an experienced mentor
Emphasis on safety and practical on-road experience to build confidence and skills

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
Satisfactory driving record
Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
Available to start as soon as possible

Positions are based in Cambridge, MA, with operations across the Eastern U.S. and New England.
