We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a unique opportunity for an operational leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving accountability, and creating scalable systems that support sustainable growth.
As COO, you will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership to oversee the firm's daily operations, improve organizational performance, and ensure every department is aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional legal services.
