Automotive Line Technician Ford Diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with Ford and dealership standards Perform engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, suspension, and brake repairs Accurately document diagnostic findings, repair recommendations, and completed work Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and additional needs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all dealership procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and safety protocols Compensation & Benefits This Mid‑Level Line Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following elements: Hourly pay, which varies based on experience, certifications, and performance Production‑based incentive compensation, which may be tied to individual and/or team productivity benchmarks Retention‑based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as hours worked, productivity, performance metrics, and overall business conditions.
