Construction Integration Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Integration Manager to oversee and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers in the Phoenix/Goodyear, AZ area. This position requires a professional with a solid background in construction management and data center experience to ensure the highest quality standards and efficiency in production processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.
• Review operations and work closely with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, and analyze production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

Essential Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Understanding of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in construction management, particularly with data centers.
• Experience working onsite full time with visits to sites under construction in the Phoenix region.
• Experience in mitigating issues, calling out design flaws, and placing purchase orders.
• At least 5 years of previous data center experience.

Work Environment

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. The role involves working onsite at various construction sites in the Phoenix region. Employees must use the following equipment: a monitor, keyboard, headset, mouse, Class 2 Safety Helmet, Class 2 or higher vest, cut and impact resistant gloves, ANSI Z87.1 or higher safety glasses or visor, and composite toe work boots that extend a minimum of 4 inches above the ankle. The attire should be suitable for cold and wet weather conditions, including a Class 2 or higher reflective jacket. Experience with Bluebeam and P6 is preferred if the candidate has P6 experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $105.00/hr.
