Wealth Advisor – Las Vegas, NV We are searching for a dedicated Wealth Advisor to join our team of bank partners. In this role you will build wealth‑management relationships, cultivate and nurture strong ties with each member of our banking team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive financial planning strategies for clients. Manage investment, insurance, and trust services. Create and deliver client presentations. Partner with internal banking professionals to coordinate solutions. Consult and support clients in achieving their long‑term financial goals. Ideal Candidate Passion for delivering top‑tier client experiences within a collaborative environment. Client‑centric consulting process, starting with discovery and financial planning. Extensive knowledge of investment, insurance, and banking strategies. Excellent communication, relationship management, and sales skills. Ability to evaluate, advise, and support clients effectively. Requirements Minimum 4 years of directly related experience; 10+ years preferred. Combination of education and experience may meet the requirements. Required licensing: FINRA Series 7 & 66 (65/63), life and health insurance. CFP® certification highly preferred. Proficiency with computers and relevant software. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Experience with financial planning software preferred. Track record of building and managing high‑net‑worth client relationships and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of financial planning concepts. This position is eligible to earn a base salary of $75,000–$100,000 , depending on experience and location, plus participation in a commission plan that will be discussed during the hiring process.
