We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who is confident, sharp with customers, and takes pride in quality work.Take-Home Perks:Pay: $70,000 - $120,000+ Earning Potential (Hourly + Uncapped Commission)Company Vehicle + Fuel Card (dispatch from home!)Tools ProvidedMedical, Dental, Vision Benefits401k with 4% MatchPTO & HolidaysWhat You'll Be Doing:Troubleshoot & Repair: Expertly diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (forced air, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, etc.) with a clean, efficient approach.Maintenance: Perform thorough preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.Customer Consultation: Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners about system issues, providing repair options and recommending upgrades or replacements when appropriate.Installation: Assist with or perform system installations as needed (a plus if you are strong in this area).Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell services, accessories, and system enhancements that improve comfort and efficiency, while building trust and long-term customer relationships.What You'll Bring:Minimum 5+ years of residential HVAC service experienceStrong mechanical skills and proven ability in diagnostics and repair.Solid communication and customer-facing skills —you know how to build relationships with homeowners.Required Certifications: EPA Certification (NATE is a definite plus!)A clean driving record and valid driver's license.What Makes Restano Different?No Micromanagement: We trust our techs.
