Registered Nurse – Long‑Term Care Location: Baltimore, MD | LeVindaLe Hospital – Hall 2 | Full‑time, Night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) Job Summary Provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and serves as an advisor and resource for patients and their families as a member of the patient care team. Conducts and documents initial and ongoing assessments, gathers data relevant to the patient's or family's individual needs, develops and documents a plan of care for selected patients/families, implements and documents care and education based on the plan of care, and evaluates and documents the outcomes of nursing practice. Requirements Associate’s degree (2 years of college) or equivalent formal working knowledge in a specialized field. American Heart Association CPR Card. Maryland Registered Nurse License. Basic computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Cerner, Synquest Standard. Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing process based on the Maryland Nurse Practice Act. Critical thinking skills and familiarity with medical equipment. Less than one year of experience.
