The Hapimag Resort in Interlaken is located on the popular promenade on the Höheweg with spectacular views of the Jungfrau. In addition to 105 spacious flats, the resort has a spa area with steam bath and sauna, an indoor pool, a playroom for the children, 2 conference rooms and a restaurant with a spacious terrace. To support our front office team, we are looking for a committed, motivated person according to the arrangement as Receptionist 100% in Interlaken What you can expect Welcoming and assisting guests: friendly reception and check-in, providing information about the resort and the surrounding area, handling enquiries and complaints Administration and organisation: managing reservations and bookings, coordinating with other departments, maintaining and updating the guest database Communication: Professional and accurate communication by phone, email and in person, forwarding messages and calls, assisting in the creation and distribution of information materials for guests Financial tasks: Processing payments and invoices, cash management and billing, assisting in the management of reservation accounts What you bring along Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification Professional experience in the reception area Excellent communication skills in German and English, further foreign language skills an advantage Friendly and professional demeanour High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously Confident handling of MS Office and common hotel software systems Reliability and a sense of responsibility Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude Commitment to the company, the team and the work What we offer Varied work in a familiar working environment and in a well-coordinated and highly motivated team Opportunities for professional development Development opportunities within the company Permanent position in an attractive and centrally located tourist resort A high degree of independence and the opportunity to help shape the resort’s offering Benefit from attractive special conditions for stays at all Hapimag-owned resorts worldwide Experience two weeks of vacation without deduction of points at a Hapimag resort of your choice.
