PAY RATE:  $14-$15 per hr.

Always Best Care is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our growing team serving clients in Lakeland, TN . We are looking for professionals who are reliable, caring, and committed to providing exceptional in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry

• Assist with medication reminders

• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed

• Observe and report changes in a client's condition

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

• Available to work in Lakeland, TN

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Excellent time management and reliability

• A genuine love for serving the senior community
