Mid-Level Servicenow Developer

We are seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to join a collaborative team supporting multiple clients and ServiceNow applications in an agile delivery environment. This role is well suited for a developer who is comfortable working across multiple workstreams, managing sprint-based work, and operating effectively when requirements are evolving or incomplete.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, is organized, able to prioritize work across sprints, and can work independently while collaborating with a senior technical team. Experience in an MSP or consulting environment and ServiceNow certifications are considered strong assets but are not required.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of true hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Demonstrated ability to support multiple ServiceNow applications and/or multiple clients simultaneously
• Experience managing work in an agile environment, including sprint assignments and story management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across sprints and projects
• Hands-on experience with custom ServiceNow development (scripting, scoped apps) and configuration
• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITOM (preferred), ITSM, GRC or Vulnerability Response
• Comfortable working independently while leveraging teammates as resources
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively when requirements are not fully defined
• Prior experience working in an MSP or consulting environment
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, or similar)
• ITOM experience (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB)
• Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
