Job Description
TITLE
Registered Nurse - Critical Care

SCHEDULE
- 3 12-hour shifts, with on-call as required.
- No block scheduling requests; unable to guarantee specific scheduling.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

REQUIREMENTS
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS Card
- ACLS Certification

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care.
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons.
- Use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
- Contribute to a healthy workplace by managing conflict with professional communication skills.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Participation in continuing education is required.
- Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
