You'll be out in the field often! While this is a remote role, living in the greater Detroit area will help you stay connected to the people and places that bring the Altra brand to life. Active the Altra brand across your territory through authentic connections, thoughtful activations, and hands-on support. Build strong relationships with retailers through in-person visits, demos, and sales floor support Create excitement around Altra through local partnerships, run clubs, events, and community engagement Execute merchandising and promotional activations that elevate the in-store experience Represent Altra at local and select national races, events, and expos Act as the eyes and ears of the brand by sharing insights on product feedback, consumer behavior, and market trends Maintain accurate field reporting and manage field assets, travel, and expenses with strong attention to detail You'll make a measurable impact by growing both relationships and brand presence in your territory.
