Laundry Attendant/Housekeeper

We are looking for a part-time laundry attendant/housekeeper.

Laundry duties include but are not limited to:

• Sorting, washing, drying, and folding clothing and other items.
• Removing stains using the appropriate procedures.
• Tracking which items belong to whom.
• Ensuring direct care staff have clean linen available at all times.
• Cleaning and disinfecting laundry areas as needed, removing trash and keeping floors and walls cleaned.

Housekeeping duties include but are not limited to:

• Keeping the facility clean and safe by following housekeeping practices.
• Emptying trash
• Dusting
• Sweeping and mopping common areas

This position requires you to have dependable transportation and the ability to work without direct supervision.
