You'll build relationships with customers, coordinate with our technicians, and help guide every guest through their service experience—from check-in to vehicle delivery. Schedule Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Compensation $50,000 – $100,000+ annually Your income is based on your performance, customer satisfaction, and ability to build lasting relationships. Work the service drive to ensure every customer receives prompt and exceptional service. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests. Clearly explain maintenance recommendations and repair estimates. Coordinate repairs with our Technicians to keep work flowing efficiently. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Schedule future maintenance and build long-term customer relationships. Answer phone calls and owner inquiries with a concierge-level customer service approach. Help maximize Technician productivity by effectively managing repair order scheduling. Deliver an outstanding ownership experience that keeps customers coming back.
