Customer Service Representative Location: Missouri City, TX (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: Up to $18.00/hr Schedule: SundaySaturday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (5 days/week with two rotating days off) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily transportation and delivery operations. In this role, you will communicate with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure timely deliveries, resolve customer concerns, process order changes, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also make outbound sales calls to promote and upsell additional services. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance customer service with sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities Assist customers and business partners via phone and email. Make outbound sales calls to promote and upsell company services. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally. Monitor delivery routes and provide shipment status updates. Process delivery order changes, cancellations, and service requests. Scan and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation. Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure successful deliveries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates. Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting productivity and quality standards. Required Qualifications Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable making outbound sales or upselling calls. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or delivery operations. Sales or inside sales experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
