Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Technical Field; Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage
- 3+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing environment such as robotics, semiconductor equipment, biotech production
- Microsoft Office, Excel; Data Collection and evaluation
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly procedures as it relates to components, subassemblies, and electromechanical systems
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, documentation, and troubleshooting guides
- Experience creating manufacturing methods based on engineering drawings or diagrams
- Strong communication skills; previous leadership or mentorship of technicians, assemblers is an advantage
Responsibilities: - Assist in the manufacturing operations for components and final systems
- Analyze operator data in order to make adjustments in the production line or to necessary parts, equipment
- Set-up and calibration of manufacturing equipment
- Collected operating data of equipment to determine what adjustments are needed for systems
- Create technical reports to share with engineering team to address technical issues and defects in manufacturing processes
