Superintendent

Requirements Lead daily construction site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and vendors Conduct job site meetings and communicate progress updates with project managers and leadership Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all job sites Inspect work to ensure it meets design specifications, quality standards, and building codes Coordinate materials delivery, equipment, and staffing needs Track job progress and help resolve issues that could impact schedule or budget Train and mentor field personnel to support a high‑performing team Qualifications 5–8+ years of construction experience, including supervisory or foreman responsibilities Proven ability to manage multiple job sites and field teams Strong understanding of construction safety practices and job site management Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and project schedules Preferred OSHA 30 certification Experience with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.) Bilingual English/Spanish Why Join Us Black Hills Exteriors is part of Omnia Exterior Solutions, a growing national platform of exterior service companies.
