Tasked with transforming strategic vision into operational reality, you will work closely alongside, and in many ways, act as the extension of, the Founder to take ownership of key initiatives, solve organizational challenges, streamline operations, and help drive execution across the business. Your role is crucial in aligning the firm's innovative practices with its overarching mission of empowering consumers and optimizing the firm's high-stakes business approach.This role is not stepping into a mature machine. The firm's securities practice has been around for 20+ years, you will be working on growing the consumer practice and its associated verticals that sits alongside the securities practice. You will be part of a team helping build stronger systems while driving immediate execution in a fast-moving, evolving environment.What you'll do:Operational Execution: Drive execution of strategies across the firm, ensuring alignment between strategy and day-to-day execution.
