Overview Store Manager - Pandora @ Mall at Short Hills. Pandora is the world\'s largest jewellery brand, specializing in design, crafting, and marketing of accessible luxury jewellery. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading a store team, and driving sales while living the Pandora brand values. Responsibilities Fully immerse in brand culture, product knowledge, and delivering outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor. Coach and manage a team including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to achieve and exceed sales goals. Drive sales by building genuine connections with customers and creating unforgettable shopping moments. Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving KPI goals and store performance. Cultivate loyal customers and authentic brand engagement beyond transactional interactions. Recruit, retain, and develop talent, including seasonal and core hires (Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, Sales Associates). Collaborate with Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations. Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operations, and ongoing talent development. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment; results-oriented leadership. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care in interactions. Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and charm an audience. Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking capable of delivering positive results. Talent magnet with recruitment, retention, and development skills; succession planning and internal mobility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale systems. Minimum age 18 and ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
