Personal Trainer / Group Training Coach

Anytime Fitness is looking for a passionate fitness professional to join our coaching team! This role begins as part-time with the option to grow into a full-time position for the right person. We're a locally-owned, small-business environment where every coach's contributions matter. Knowledgeable in fitness and behavior change
A self-starter who takes ownership
Coachable and open to feedback
Organized and reliable
Clear and professional in communication
Humble yet confident when leading clients
Growth-minded and eager to keep learning

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality personal training sessions

Lead engaging small-group training workouts

Follow pre-built workout programs while adding your own flavor and knowing when & how to personalize to meet clients' needs

Follow an assessment + sales process to determine which program is right for a client, and get them started

Build & maintain strong member relationships

Assist with onboarding new clients

Maintain a clean, welcoming training environment

Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional club experience

Utilize computer systems to keep member accounts updated

Participate in club social media presence

Requirements

Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or ISSA preferred), or in the process of obtaining one

Current CPR/AED certification

Sales experience strongly preferred

Training experience required, even if it's only with friends/family

Flexible availability, including evenings & weekends

Reliable transportation

Coachability & drive to always be improving
