What you’ll bring to the position:

• Active Pennsylvania COTA license (required)
• Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (required)
• Demonstrated experience working with students in school-based or special education settings
• Adaptability and willingness to provide support in both Carbon and Lehigh Counties
• Availability to work a school-day schedule, up to 35 hours weekly, following the academic calendar
• Comfort and competence in servicing students with disabilities
• Preparedness for an in-person interview

Core responsibilities will include:

• Delivering occupational therapy support to a diverse student population in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to promote student growth and participation
• Documenting student progress and maintaining necessary reports and records
• Following individualized education plans and adjusting intervention strategies as needed
• Traveling between assigned schools as determined by current needs
