Bela Restaurant in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for passionate and energetic Front of House team members to join our crew! Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests warmly, managing reservations and waitlists as a Host
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently as a Server
• Craft cocktails, pour wine, and serve beer while maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere as a Bartender
• Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and upsell food and drink offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, host stand, and bar areas
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth, timely service
• Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail menus is a plus
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• RAMP certification or willingness to obtain (for bartending/serving roles)
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
