ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 20 years in sales, and I bring that same energy, drive, and people-first mindset into our office every day. I attended the University of Michigan, and outside of work youll usually find me staying active I love pickleball, basketball, backpacking, and spending time with my four kids.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Burt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must be comfortable with a high number of inbound/outbound calls.
