Pharmacy Technician

Providing front-line customer support, the full-time Pharmacy Technician will handle inbound inquiries related to pharmacy benefits, formulary questions, and prior authorizations in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point of service inquiries Educate prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes Enter customer data and relevant information into documentation tools Required qualifications Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) High School Diploma or equivalent 3 to 5 years of recent PBM and/or pharmacy experience Experience handling pharmacy benefit inquiries and prior authorizations Ability to meet productivity and quality standards consistently
