Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Cycle Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical landscape, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting—intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close—for a portfolio of roles across the business. 
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to scope open roles, build hiring plans, and act as a strategic advisor throughout the search. 
• Build and maintain proactive, representative talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and passive-candidate outreach rather than relying solely on inbound applications. 
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects well on Netlist—timely communication, clear expectations, and thoughtful follow-through. 
• Structure and run consistent, bias-aware interview processes, including writing job scorecards and coaching interviewers on effective, legally sound interviewing. 
• Manage multiple concurrent searches with competing timelines, keeping hiring managers and candidates aligned without dropping the details. 
• Own offer strategy and negotiation in partnership with People leadership, balancing candidate expectations with internal equity and approved compensation bands. 
• Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other recruiting metrics, and use that data to flag risks and recommend adjustments. 
• Stay current on the semiconductor, technology, and talent landscape, and bring market insight back to hiring teams. 

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record of closing candidates. 
• Strong sourcing skills—you don't wait for the perfect candidate to apply; you go find them. 
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to advise and push back constructively on hiring managers and senior leaders. 
• Commitment to a positive candidate experience, using each open role to grow the broader talent network. 
• Experience building hiring processes that are equitable by design, from first outreach to final offer. 
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to run a busy, varied requisition load without letting candidates or hiring managers fall through the cracks. 
• Systems expertise, including managing an ATS and partnering with HR Manager to build recruiting processes. 
• Clear, warm, and timely communication with every candidate, whether they're hired or not. 
• Ability to work onsite at Netlist's Irvine, CA office. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• In-house recruiting experience strongly preferred. 
• Experience recruiting in semiconductors, technology, engineering, or manufacturing environments. 
• A genuine passion for the art of talent acquisition. 

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 

Final salary offered will be based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's skills and experience.
