What You ll Do:

• Provide neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs, collaborating with Neonatologists
• Cover high-risk delivery services and NICU care
• Work shifts alongside Neonatologists, including evening hours
• Participate in in-person rounds and emergency responses in Level II nurseries
• Assist with all aspects of neonatal patient management within scope
• Ensure excellence in neonatal patient outcomes and family support
• Share responsibilities during deliveries and NICU care (no transport duties)

What You Need:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (must specify certification)
• Minimum 2 years of NNP experience preferred
• Strong neonatal clinical skills and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and varying shifts
