Your Role

• Work with exclusive, high-intent leads — no cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting required.
• Meet with clients virtually or by phone to assess their needs and recommend the most suitable life insurance solutions.
• Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and a smooth, stress-free experience.
• Educate clients on their coverage options so they can make confident and informed decisions for their families.
• Follow a proven, easy-to-learn sales system designed to maximize efficiency, consistency, and results.
• Manage your own schedule, pipeline, and production, giving you control over your time and income potential.
• Maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development to continuously grow your skills and success.

• Strong communication and people skills with a positive, professional attitude

• Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance License (no prior experience required)
• Coachable and open to following a proven, step-by-step training system
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video and building lasting relationships
• Ability to work remotely with excellent time management and self-discipline
• Reliable, responsible, and able to pass a background check
