Talent Acquisition Specialist We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing retail organization and take ownership of high-volume hiring across sales, warehouse, merchandising, inventory, buying, and support roles. This is a fully on-site position ideal for an outgoing, energetic, and analytical recruiter who values employee engagement and being embedded in the business and actively contributes to fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture. What You’ll Do Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for retail and operations roles Design and execute social media recruiting and advertising strategies to attract quality candidates Analyze recruiting metrics (applicant flow, conversion rates, interview attendance, time-to-fill) to continuously improve results Proactively source candidates using job boards, social platforms, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and refine hiring strategies Create and deliver an engaging, positive candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Support employee engagement initiatives, recruiting events, and employer-branding efforts to strengthen retention and organizational culture Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting data Assist with interview coordination and scheduling to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process What We’re Looking For Proven experience in high-volume recruiting 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience preferred Strong background in social media sourcing, digital recruiting, and advertising Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics to guide decisions Extroverted, confident communicator who enjoys building relationships Passion for employee engagement and candidate experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment Experience recruiting in retail, sales, warehouse, or operations roles preferred Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred Microsoft Office proficiency required, including strong Excel skills for reporting and recruiting analytics Experience with interview scheduling and coordination preferred HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred Why Join Us?
