Job Description

Royal Transmission shop is looking for full time sales manager position .

Working Day : Monday till Friday

Working Time : 8:00 am till 6:00 pm

Key Management Skills to Include:

Leadership & Motivation: The ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team to achieve goals and foster a productive environment.
Time Management & Organization:
Effectively prioritizing tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
Customer service : Answers phones calls and deal with customers.
Communication and interpersona l
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Active listening
- Problem-solving
- Conflict resolution
- Teamwork and collaboration
Sales experience : Min 1 year
Empathy: Understanding a customer's needs and concerns from their perspective to offer a customized solution.
Curiosity & Questioning: Asking insightful questions to discover a customer's hidden needs and gather relevant information.
