PT-Yoplait Maintenance-2nd Shift

Responsibilities As a part of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for supporting production packaging and processing operations, sanitation and participation in startup, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment. Hours: 2nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:10pm Drives & motor controls including inverters, DC drives, servo, and starter/relay logic Process control systems including digital sensors, analog process metering (flow, level, pressure, strain, scales, etc.) and PID controls PLC systems troubleshooting including Controllogix 5000, PLC‑5, SLC‑500, Micrologix Network troubleshooting including DeVilbiss, ControlNet, TCP/IP, RIO, DH+, Secros Read and interpret schematics including PFDs, P&IDs, ladder diagrams, interconnection diagrams and wire/cable schedules Maintain low‑voltage switchgear, motor control centers, and power distribution systems Qualifications Internal candidates must have been in their current role for at least 6 months and have no active CA’s within the past 12 months. Associate degree in electronics or industrial technology and/or equivalent experience Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English with co‑workers and supervisors Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs Perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting Climb and/or work at heights using stairs, ladders, personnel lifts or platforms Wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, hair/beard net and gloves when required Adhere to grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment Work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental conditions Work around industrial high‑speed moving machinery Work with allergens that might be present in a food environment Benefits We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards Program with a variety of benefits, including insurance cost support, retirement plan contributions, paid time off from day one, and training and development opportunities such as education reimbursement.
