Aquatics Manager

This is a leadership role in a fast-paced environment, so candidates must be comfortable multitasking, managing and supporting a team, and staying organized throughout the day. Evening availability and one weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday) are required for this position. Salary: $50,000+ per year, based on experience We offer:- Flexible set schedules

- Availability to work a mix of daytime and evening shifts

- Ability to manage, lead, and support a team
- Ability to work alongside the General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- 2 years of swim experience
- 2 years of management or leadership experience

This is a salaried position, with compensation based on experience.
