Medical Assistant - OBGYN

OhioHealth - 5100 West Broad Street - Responsibilities: Facilitates efficient and effective patient flow including preparing the patient for the visit and providing specific services as determined by providers in accordance with licensure and policy; Successful completion of Care Connect EMR documentation skills; Performs necessary administrative duties that assure all information is current and updated; Maintains and cleans environment, work area, equipment, and communicates any equipment malfunctions to appropriate dept/unit personnel; Communicates with patients and customers in a respectful and caring manner; Engages in process and quality improvement activities and training of new staff; Acts as SME/resource to the department/practice in EMR with EPIC Super User responsibilities
