In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with strong customer service and communication.

Wednesday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Thursday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and deliveries, following site protocols for sign-in, identification, and restricted areas.
• Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security-related issues, and by providing clear directions and assistance during routine activities and/or unexpected events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
