Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend Rotation | Some Holidays Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical, Surgical, and Trauma ICU setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms, including identification of lethal arrhythmias
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-acuity critical care

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience within the last 3 years
• Experience in Medical, Surgical, and Trauma ICU required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass a Telemetry exam prior to start (adult and pediatric components; passing score of 80% or higher with 100% identification of lethal rhythms)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume, academic, or Level I Trauma center environment
• Familiarity with cardiac interpretation and advanced arrhythmia recognition
