Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position centers on empowering young learners to improve their communication skills while collaborating closely with school teams near the Oxford, PA area. The assignment covers a full-time schedule from August through June 2027, ensuring both stability and the chance to make a lasting impact throughout the school year.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) also considered
• Experience or demonstrated interest in working with K-5 populations
• Solid grasp of IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-5 students with diverse needs
• Assess and document student progress, collaborating with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver both direct and consultative services, tailoring intervention methods to student goals
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to eligibility and re-evaluation assessments
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
