The Opportunity As a Tax Operations Transformation - Tech ERP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with developing tax reporting strategies and maintaining compliance with tax regulations. You will analyze financial data, interpret tax laws, and provide guidance on tax reporting requirements, aiming to optimize tax positions and minimize risks for businesses. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will coach, leverage team strengths, and manage performance to deliver on client expectations while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. Responsibilities Leading the development and execution of tax reporting strategies to optimize client tax positions Analyzing financial data and interpreting tax laws to provide strategic guidance on tax reporting requirements Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams by supervising teams Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for improving tax compliance and minimizing risks Preparing and reviewing tax documents to support corporate tax planning and compliance Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to tax and audit guidance Required Qualifications At least a Bachelor's degree At least 4 years of experience At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity Preferred Qualifications Excelling in corporate tax planning and compliance Demonstrating proficiency in tax accounting and auditing Utilizing analytical thinking for financial statement analysis Embracing change and innovation in tax consulting Developing skills in preparing and documenting tax returns Engaging in strategic questioning to enhance tax governance Building relationships through effective communication and teamwork The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
