Senior ATE Automation Engineer - Analog/Mix-Signal
Onsemi
onsemi, a leader in automotive and industrial semiconductors, seeks an ATE Application Engineer to drive automated test solutions across analog and mixed-signal devices. You will define, develop, and deploy software for ATE platforms (ETS800, T200, V93K, etc.) and work with vendors to implement platform-specific automation impacting new product development and high-volume production testing.
