This role blends hands-on administration with custom development to support business workflows, integrations, and user experience enhancements across Salesforce.You'll work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions using modern Salesforce technologies and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce (SFDC) platformBuild custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and batch processesApply JavaScript design patterns and use JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create responsive user experiencesPerform unit testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and code documentationPrototype and evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and featuresManage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controlsConfigure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and approvalsCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visibility modelsPerform data migration and maintenance using Salesforce Data LoaderDeliver enhancements, break/fix support, and production issue resolutionMaintain Salesforce data integrity, availability, and securitySupport Service Cloud and/or Experience (Customer) Cloud implementationsCollaborate on integrations and API-based solutionsDocument technical designs, best practices, and operational proceduresExperience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field4+ years of software development experience3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud)Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning and LWCProficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIsExperience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and related web technologiesFamiliarity with Experience Cloud, LWR framework, and Salesforce integrationsKnowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices for SalesforceSalesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I / II, App Builder, Salesforce AI Associate / SpecialistStrong communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions to business usersExcellent problem-solving and attention to detailExperience documenting technical designs and system configurationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyCollaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvementWe are looking for trailblazers...We strongly believe that the pace of the ongoing hardware revolution will be greatly accelerated by Omni Design's IP cores and Automation.
